DRUID AI's healthcare-specific AI agents are designed to integrate deeply with Microsoft platforms, automating interactions for millions of patients across clinics and hospitals in Europe and the United States. The company's AI solutions have been implemented in scenarios such as patient scheduling, triage, and operational support, contributing to efficiency improvements in these organisations.

The certification also gives DRUID AI expanded access to joint go-to-market support within Microsoft's partner ecosystem. The company will continue ongoing collaboration with Microsoft to further innovation in agentic AI across the healthcare industry, leveraging Microsoft's technology infrastructure to extend its solutions to more healthcare providers globally.
